Creators are responsible for the content they upload.

ClipsSV does not claim ownership of creator content; we provide the platform to host and distribute it.

You may not upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.

4) Purchases & Licenses

When you purchase a clip, you receive a digital license — not ownership of the underlying content.

License terms depend on what is offered at the time of purchase.

Purchased content may be available for download and re-download as described in the platform.

5) Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.

We may charge platform fees and/or take a percentage as described to creators/buyers.

6) Prohibited Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, or copyright infringement.

You may not attempt to bypass security, access private content without authorization, or scrape the platform.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.
